Champagne Cooler
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Grand Marnier
- ½ oz Cognac
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 3 to 5 oz chilled champagne
- Garnish: Orange slice
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour all liquid ingredients but the champagne into a chilled champagne flute. Slowly top with champagne. Garnish with the orange slice.
VARIATION: For a Dynamite, add 1 oz fresh orange juice.
