Brandy Julep
INGREDIENTS
- 8 to 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 oz peach brandy
- 1½ to 2 oz brandy
- Garnish: Fresh mint sprig
INSTRUCTIONS
Muddle the mint leaves, sugar, and peach brandy in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass. Fill the glass with ice, add the brandy, and stir briefly. Garnish with the mint sprig.
