Bramble

INGREDIENTS

4 to 5 fresh blackberries
1 teaspoon sugar
1 oz fresh lime juice
1½ oz gin
½ oz crème de mûre (blackberry liqueur)
3 to 4 oz chilled club soda
Garnish: Lime wedge

INSTRUCTIONS

In the bottom of a chilled highball glass, muddle together the black- berries, sugar, and lime juice. Fill the glass with ice and add the gin and crème de mûre. Top with club soda and stir briefly. Garnish with the lime wedge.
