Bourbon Crusta
INGREDIENTS
- Lemon wedge
- Sugar
- Lemon peel spiral
- 2 oz bourbon
- ½ oz Cointreau (or maraschino liqueur)
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
Rub the rim of a chilled sour glass with the lemon wedge and rim with sugar. Uncoil the lemon peel spiral in the prepared glass. Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into the prepared glass.
VARIATION: For a Scotch Crusta, substitute scotch for the bourbon and maraschino liqueur for the Cointreau.
