Blue Hawaiian
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz blue curaçao
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- Garnish: Pineapple wedge
- Garnish: Maraschino cherry
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with the pineapple and cherry.
VARIATION: Combine all ingredients but the garnish in a blender with ½ cup ice. Blend until smooth.
