INGREDIENTS
- 6 oz lager or pale ale
- 6 oz stout
INSTRUCTIONS
Slowly pour the lager into a chilled beer mug, and then slowly add the stout.

This classic is always made with equal amounts dark, bitter stout, and pale, light lager or ale, which is why it is sometimes aptly called a Half and Half.
