Barracuda
INGREDIENTS
- ½ oz white rum
- ½ oz Galliano
- ½ oz pineapple juice
- ¼ oz fresh lime juice
- ¼ oz grenadine
- 3 to 5 oz chilled champagne
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake all ingredients but the champagne with ice. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass or into a chilled champagne flute. Slowly top with champagne.
