Barracuda
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz gold rum
- 1 oz Galliano
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- Garnish: Lime wedge
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and stir gently. Garnish with the lime wedge.

VARIATION: For an Atlantic Breeze, substitute lemon juice for the lime juice, and add ½ oz apricot liqueur.
