Ballet Russe
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz vodka
- ¾ oz crème de cassis
- 1½ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

VARIATION: For a Russian Fizz, add 3 to 5 oz ginger ale and stir. Serve over ice in a highball glass.
