INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz cucumber-infused vodka (or regular vodka + 2 cucumber slices muddled)
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz elderflower liqueur (like St-Germain)
- ½ oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 3 oz soda water or sparkling mineral water
- Crushed ice
- Garnish: Cucumber ribbon, mint sprig, or lime wheel
INSTRUCTIONS
- If not using cucumber-infused vodka, muddle two cucumber slices in a shaker.
- Add vodka, lime juice, elderflower liqueur, and simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.
- Top with soda water and gently stir.
- Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and mint sprig.
