- If not using cucumber-infused vodka, muddle two cucumber slices in a shaker.
- Add vodka, lime juice, elderflower liqueur, and simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.
- Top with soda water and gently stir.
- Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and mint sprig.
