INGREDIENTS
- ½ oz brandy
- ½ oz dry vermouth
- ½ oz fresh orange juice
- ¼ tsp grenadine
- ¼ tsp white crème de menthe
- ¾ oz ruby port
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake all the ingredients but the port vigorously with ice, Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Float the ruby port on top.
VARIATION: Substitute ¾ oz each brandy, ruby port, and pine apple juice, and a dash each of grenadine and triple sec. Shake the ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
