Amer Picon Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ounces Amer Picon
- ¼ ounce fresh lemon (or lime) juice
- 1 teaspoon grenadine
- Garnish: Orange twist
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist the orange peel over the drink, and drop it in.

VARIATIONS: Serve over ice in an old-fashioned glass. Top with club soda.
For a Picon Cocktail, use 1 ounce each Amer Picon and sweet vermouth. Pour over ice in an old-fashioned glass.
