INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz light rum
- ½ oz Cointreau
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- 1 egg white (optional)
- ½ oz simple syrup
- Garnish: Fresh mint sprig
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or over ice in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with the mint sprig.
